Intellispect, a field service software that run on laptop or tablet computers that supports both online and offline modes. Data can be synced up to the cloud when Internet connectivity is available via Wi-Fi or mobile network. Software and work templates can be remotely updated via the cloud for added adaptability and efficiency. For enhanced security, local data is encrypted and backed up periodically, user accesses and activities can be tracked and managed via the cloud.
TraxPortal, a cloud based software portal, provides a centralized way to manage all field devices and users, create and assign works, approve work orders and invoices, search historical reports, and generate management and analytical reports.
TraxClient, a cloud based software portal for clients to access reports and tickets, search historical data, and to approve invoices.
Customization is our design motto of the solutions suite. CUSTOM SCREENS & FIELDS
Works can be quickly recorded onto the screens with custom fields that are tailored to your business process. System alerts the user on invalid measurements or data with predefined business rules. To further enhance the user experience, custom counting or tallying rules can be used to automatically summarize and categorize the worked items within a work order.
TABLET FRIENDLY FEATURES
Includes many tablet friendly features such as context-driven keypads that only show relevant keys for each data field to save time and uncluttered the screen. Hand written signatures can be captured and print PDF reports in the field. It supports taking pictures of serviced items with the built-in tablet camera and labels the images with the serviced items for traceability. Documents and notes from work orders can be synced up the cloud and accessible to clients.
Software is packed with features that boosts productivity and traceability. For example, the ability of attaching large files in the field allows inspection pictures or bore-scope video to be attached with the work order and upload to TraxPortal. Also, the ability to generates custom reports and invoices remotely can shorten the work order life-cycle, reduces days-sales-outstanding, and improves customer communication.
SECURED & RELIABILITY
Taking advantage of mobile wireless capability of the tablet, data can be securely synced to TraxPortal or work in off-line mode until Internet connectivity is available. Data is encrypted and stored locally on the tablet and optionally backup to an external memory card in case of damages to the device. The software is able to lock itself down from access and clear all data in the event of being stolen or lost.

TraxPortal is globally accessible via the Internet and compatible with many computing devices. It collaborates with Intellispect tablet software to centrally manage and track all works in the field. Its customizable software platform enables the system to be tailored to your business with custom data fields and the ability to integrate with existing back-end software systems.
Asset management has never been simpler than the intuitive design of TraxPortal. Assets and their components can be managed individually or together, and tracked globally if tagged with intelligent barcode or RFID tags. The portal can send email alerts to users if assets are due for inspection or maintenance.
TraxPortal’s template driven design allows work orders to have different set of data fields for different type of works to fit the work processes. Work orders can have notes and file attachments that are shared between the portal and field tablets. Works’ statuses and progresses are tracked throughout the system and analyzed by work management reports.
Works can be assigned to remote users from TraxPortal and centrally monitored and tracked. The system can automatically send email alerts and reports to designated recipients, as well as, notifying customers for pending works reviews and invoices approvals. Customers can log onto the TraxClient to review and approve works anywhere via the Internet.
TraxAnalytics : For Management
Our analysis module allows users to pre-filter the data by searching on multiple search parameters in order to focus the analysis only in areas of interest. The searched results will then be analyzed by one of the analysis models.
